LEGAL EXPENSES AND RENT GUARANTEE
There are 3 types of legal expenses products available in this category, 2 of which are provided with rent guarantee insurance, as follows:
Legal Expenses
This is a comprehensive Legal expenses product that will cover the landlords costs of any disputes between themselves and their tenant(s). This is a 12 month policy and costs just £39.50 per annum.
Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee (6 Months)
Legal expenses as above with rent guarantee insurance up to £2,500 per month. This 6 month policy costs just £52.50.
Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee (12 Months)
Legal expenses as above together with rent guarantee insurance up to a maximum of £2,500 per month. This is a 12 month policy and costs just £99.00 per annum.
Tenant Referencing
As specified in the policy terms and conditions, it is a requirement of this policy, that the tenant is referenced prior to taking out the policy.
